At completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Understand Agile values and principles
2. Follow Scrum processes, fulfill roles and responsibilities
3. Elicit requirements and writing user stories
4. Plan iterations based on relative effort and business value
5. Monitor progress with backlogs, burn-down charts and task boards
6. Defining acceptance criteria and conditions of satisfaction
7. Participate in Scrum style meetings such as daily stand up, planning and retrospectives
8. Understand the technical practices in Scrum
