Strategic Management Society

Our organization is unique in bringing together the worlds of reflective practice and
thoughtful scholarship. The Society consists of over 3,000 members representing a
kaleidoscope of backgrounds and perspectives from more than 80 different countries.
Membership, composed of academics, business practitioners, and consultants,
focuses on the development and dissemination of insights on the strategic management process, as well as on fostering contacts and interchange around the world

Strategic Account Management Association

The Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) focuses solely on helping establish strategic, key and global account management as a separate profession, career path and proven corporate strategy for growth. Founded in 1964, SAMA is a unique nonprofit association with more than 8,000 members worldwide. We offer numerous training, professional development and networking events throughout North America, Asia and Europe each year in addition to research, publications and other knowledge resources. If you are you looking to transition to a strategic account program, need help bringing your key account program to the next level.

Academy of Management

  (formerly known as the Business Policy and Strategy Division ) With the launch of the new Academy-wide resource AOM Connect, we have taken the opportunity to simplify the structure and content of the STR website to streamline access to the most popular and useful resources. This is a work in progress and will continue to evolve; look for further improvements coming soon

International Strategic Management Association (ISMA)

The International Strategic Management Association (ISMA) was established in 1993 as a non-profit, non-governmental organization. It is an international academic institution, with participation open to all persons involved or interested in business and economics. The opportunity to participate as a member of ISMA includes a subscription either in the European Research Studies Journal (ERSJ) or the International Journal of Economics and Business Administration (IJEBA) or the International Journal in Maritime, Trade & Economic Issues (IJMTEI). Members can submit their papers to the above journals at a reduced submission fee and have the right to attend the annual International Conference on Applied Business and Economics (ICABE) at a reduced registration fee.
