STOR is a shared digital library created in 1995 to help university and college libraries to free space on their shelves, save costs, and provide greater levels of access to more content than ever before. More generally, by digitizing content to high standards and supporting its long-term preservation, we also aim to help libraries and publishers of scholarly content transition their collections and publishing activities from print to digital operations. Our aim is to expand access to scholarly content around the world and to preserve it for future generations. We provide access to some or all of the content free-of-charge when we believe we can do so and still meet our long-term obligations.
JSTOR currently includes more than 2,000 academic journals, dating back to the first volume ever published, along with thousands of monographs and other materials relevant for education. We have digitized more than 50 million pages and continue to digitize approximately 3 million pages annually. Our activities, our fee structure, and the way we manage the service and its resources reflect our historical commitment to serve colleges and universities as a trusted digital archive, and our responsibility to publishers as stewards of their content. This underlying philosophy at JSTOR remains the core of our service even as we continue to seek ways to expand access to people beyond academic institutions.

Reading and Writing publishes high-quality scientific articles pertaining to the processes, acquisition, and loss of reading and writing skills. The journal fully represents the necessarily interdisciplinary nature of research in the field, focusing on the interaction among various disciplines, such as linguistics, information processing, neuropsychology, cognitive psychology, speech and hearing science and education.

Indo-European Linguistics is a fully Open Access journal, sponsored by the UCLA Program in Indo-European Studies. All articles are freely available online, ensuring maximum, worldwide dissemination of content. As the journal receives a subvention for publication the Article Publication Charges are waived. The English Journal is a journal of ideas for English language arts teachers in junior and senior high schools and middle schools. EJ presents information on the teaching of writing and reading, literature, and language. Each issue examines the relationship of theory and research to classroom practice, and reviews current materials of interest to English teachers, including books and electronic media. The journal is published bimonthly in September, November, January, March, May, and July.

Welcome to the Journal of Education. As the oldest educational publication in the country, the Journal has served many purposes in its long history. Our current mission is to disseminate knowledge that informs practice in PK-12, higher, and professional education. A refereed publication, the Journal offers three issues each calendar year. Each issue includes research reports, explications of theory, reflections, and essay reviews of academic/professional and books for young readers. Every article describes implications for practice beyond the setting in which the work was conducted. In each issue, there will be three sections that address the following themes: Educational Studies; Language and Literacy Education; Applied Human Development in the Context of Schooling.
