A 43-year-old male patient with epigastric pain underwent surgery for a suspected pancreatic tumor, revealing infiltrative growth involving both the pancreatic tail and adrenal gland. Microscopic analysis demonstrated small round blue cell nests with epithelial differentiation, resembling adamantinoma.
