The Qur’an has remained a treasure of knowledge and guidance forMuslims around the globe. For taking the Qur’anic guidance, Muslims need to approach Qur’anic teachings with a desire for understanding, learning, and practice. The Holy Qur’an is the primary source of the Islamic faith system. Indeed, the instructions of the Qur’an are comprehensive, practical, and universal for all nations and cultures of the World. However, a general perception ofcommon people is that the Qur’an is just a book of aqa’id [beliefs] and ibadah [worships]. This course briefly presents the Qur’anic vision of life and its ethical teachings. It aims at offering basic teachings of the Qur’an and their applied aspects to improve the ethical and moral conduct of students for the meaningful and successful life.
