Course Description:
The Global Food Issues course explores the complex challenges and trends affecting food systems worldwide. Students will examine topics such as food security, sustainability, globalization, and the impact of climate change on food production and distribution. The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing global food systems and potential solutions for addressing food-related issues on an international scale.
