This course is designed to help student critically analyze different genres like news, film, drama, documentary and other forms of public communication. They will be introduced to the theory and practice of these genres and taught how to script and manage the preproduction phase. Advanced content will be offered on how to write, what are the principles and ethos that determine the content and the requirements of industry. By the end of the course, the students are expected to be at home in the art and theory of media writing and produce professional content.
