Provide a forum for networking and peer support in general and specialist groups,
Share knowledge, research and experiences in providing clinical care for patients,
Collaborate with members from the pharmaceutical industry, and
Confer awards for original, practice-based research and development.
We currently have over 2,300 members from all areas of the profession: hospital, community, academia, industry, and pharmacists and technicians who work at the interface between primary and secondary care. With this broad spectrum of members, the Association is able to access and share knowledge and expertise to enable high quality patient-focused care.

On any given assignment, we are likely to work closely with heads of pharmacy, directors of nursing, physicians, senior officers and board members to improve healthcare and its delivery, expand medication knowledge, lower costs and reduce risks.
