The main idea of this course is to disclose the specificity of psychodiagnostics as a special branch of psychological science connecting the theory with practice. The course allows to create adequate representations about the role and the place of psychodiagnostic methods in the system of psychological inspections of adults, in particular, in the case of a personnel assessment. In the process of course studying students learn the most efficient techniques of psychodiagnostics, study rules of inspection psychodiagnostics conducting, ways of processing, the analysis and interpretation of results.
