Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Home

Industrial psychologists study and assess individual, group and organizational dynamics in the workplace. They apply that research to identify solutions to problems that improve the well-being and performance of organizations and and their employees.

Rational of the course

At the completion of the course the students will be able to: Understanding of the principles of organizational behavior with complete understanding of interpersonal interaction in organizations and related issues
