Course objectives

The course is designed to introduce students with Counseling Psychology, basic concepts and theoretical models of Counseling Psychology. The course also aims to familiarize students with the assessment and techniques involved in counseling in different settings keeping in mind the ethical considerations.

Course outcomes

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to use basic counseling concepts, techniques keeping in mind the ethical consideration in real life settings.
