The focus of the course is on the contemporary theory and practice of organization development while also focusing on organizational culture. This course offers insights and applications pertinent to organizations around the globe, although the primary focus remains on Pakistani organizations. The course examines the organization development process, including intervention strategies, and the role of organization development in creating the changes that improve individuals, teams, and organizations. This course gives you necessary tools for becoming OD/change consultant, both internal and external.
The Riphah Institute of Clinical and Professional Psychology (RICPP) was established in 2015, in order to develop a Comprehensive Training Program for Professional Psychologists in Pakistan. It focuses to expand the Role of Psychology to deal with wide range of Psychological Problems of Individuals as well as the Community at large. The reputation of this Department is reflected in the keen competition for entrance of students to its vast variety of Programs. RICPP aims to raise the Standard of Psychology to International Level.
