This course elaborates on the importance of Professional Ethics in the field of Islamic sciences. The first part of the course acquaints the students about the ethical viewpoint of Islam with reference to the general code of conduct, which is observed by professionals. The second part develops students’ in-depth understanding of the specific professional activities that are carried out in performing their professional duties. This part also explains how professional issues are resolved being applying professional skills and abilities, keeping the standards prescribed by the Qur’an and Sunnah. The course enhances the ethical and moral standards of professional life and ensures how professional excellence can be achieved.
