The objective of EE-342 Probability in Engineering is to provide the fundamentals and basic concepts of probability theory and random process to support advance courses in electrical engineering like Analog & Digital Communication, Wireless communication and Digital Signal Processing etc. The major objective of the course is to help the students to develop an intuition and an interest for random phenomena and to introduce both theoretical issues and applications that are useful in electrical engineering applications like probabilistic based digital receivers, error probabilities of system.
