System standards for quality assurance, its clauses, responsibility, and organization. National and International quality assurance system standards (like ISO standards), national quality institutions and their role is a quality promotion like; PSI, PS&QCA, PIQC, MOST, PNAC, etc. TQM Awards, National and regional Quality awards, Islamic ethical values and morals and its application in every process of quality in industries and social life, Case studies.
